How long can I keep my order open?
Your order can be open a maximum time of 2weeks (14 days). If you choose a closing date beyond this period, your order will automatically revert to a 2-week timeframe. If you choose to reopen the order after this time, it may be cancelled. Open ...
What happens after payment is submitted?
Once your payment is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. After your order is dispatched, a separate email will be sent with your consignment number so you can track your delivery.
My members still want to add more items after the order close
Once the order close and the status is pending, only admin can adjust the order including adding items or changing quantity. Once the order has been submitted, either admin or member can’t adjust the order.

My member order’s summary and invoice

Why can't my member see any pricing or product (NA or greyed out) when I have opened an order?
