How long can I keep my order open?

Your order can be open a maximum time of 2weeks (14 days). 

If you choose a closing date beyond this period, your order will automatically revert to a 2-week timeframe. If you choose to reopen the order after this time, it may be cancelled.

Open buying group orders reserve stock within our system, so holding stock for extended periods is not considered fair to our other groups and customers.

Please also note that our pricing updates at the beginning of each month. If your order remains open during a pricing update, the prices of items in your cart may increase or decrease accordingly. For this reason, we recommend opening and closing your order within the same calendar month where possible.
