How do I invite members?

SIMPLE INVITES

To add a small number of members to your group, one at a time start in the Group Admin tab. Then select the Members tab and Add Member





Enter the email address of your member and select whether you would like them to be an admin as well. Leave it blank and they will be a member only. 
You member will now appear in the Open Invites tab. They will move to the Members tab once they set their account up. 

BULK INVITE MEMBERS 

If you have a large group you likely won't want to hand enter all their email addresses to invite them into Group Goodness. 
You can download a list of your members from the old portal and then upload them in the new portal! 

TO DOWNLOAD A LIST FROM THE OLD BUYING GROUP PORTAL

Open your portal. And click the little cog in the top right hand corner near your name


Then click 'Members' from the drop down menu. 
Click 'Export' and choose CSV

DOWNLOAD IMPORT TEMPLET

Back in Group Goodness you will need to download the templet for uploading your members. 

This is under 'Group Admin' > 'Members' > 'Upload Member Invites' 



Download the templet and fill it in with your member emails and whether they are admin or not (N will send them a member invite)



Save the file. Go back to Group Goodness and select Upload from the Upload Member Invites button. A pop up of your computers file manager will pop up. Select the file you just saved (will likely be in your downloads). 
You will see the invites have gone out to your members by checking the Open Invites tab. 
When your members accept the invite and set up their own account they will move from Open Invites to Members.
