How to place an order and finalize the payment?


Once the order reaches the closing date, you can choose to change order status, then there will be a pop-up box. You can choose prepare order to change the status to pending
Once the order status is pending, the admin will have up to one week to collect payments from all members.
 
You can download each member’s invoice and sorting sheet for the split products
Then, after the members collect their payment to you, you can now click Change Order Status
After that, you can click Submit Order
Then, the payment box will pop up. You can input your card details and process payment. Once succeed, you will receive confirmation email with you order number
