Can I add to an order I've submitted?
Once your order has been submitted to Honest to Goodness, the order will be locked from being re-opened and edited.
If you have just subitted your order you can request an addition from Honest to Goodness and if we are able, to we will. You would need to keep track of that members part of the order offline as nothing will be able to flow back in to Group Goodness from our back end system. You would need to send through payment separately or call to pay via credit card.
If your order has progressed too far in our warehouse queue, we may not be able to add to it, but we will always try our best.
