Opening an order

Now your members are invited you are ready to open an order. 

Navigate to:
  1. Group Admin
  2. Orders
  3. Open a new order

  1. Follow the prompts to open your order. 
You can only keep an order open in the system for a maximum of 4 weeks so just keep that in mind.

Order fields explained
1) Select order end date (you can change this later on) 
      Once this date passes, your order status will automatically move to Pending. Admins can still edit the order, or re-open but your members carts will not be editable for them. 
2) Select which admin will be managing the order from the drop down list (Important for delivery address selection)
      Some groups only have once admin, some have many. 
3) Select delivery address from the drop down list
      Enter any delivery instructions, enter an authority to leave and select whether a hand unload will be necessary. 
4) Select 'Own Freight Carrier' if arranging your own freight. If not, freight will be arranged by Honest to Goodness. 
5) Select the 'Admin Fee' if you choose to.
6) Enter your payment instructions so your members know how to pay you
7) Confirm your order information 

The delivery address is linked to the Admins profile and along with the Admin Fee and Bank details for payment is not editable once the order is open

You will notice the order reference will remain as 'temp-ref' until the first item is added to your group cart. 

To view and edit your address
  1. Your name
  2. My profile
  3. User details
  4. Edit Address 

Tell your group

Let your members know so they can start adding things to their cart. The email that will be sent will include the closing date. 
  1. Group Admin
  2. Open the order
  3. Email Group
  4. Order now open
