Adding a split to your order


If an item is large enough to be split you can add only the amount that you want to your order.
Other people in your group can also add a portion of this product to their order and together you buy the whole item. This means less packaging, more savings and a flexible size option for everyone. 

All splits are in grams

To add a split

You can view what items you and your fellow group members are splitting on your open order.

You can also see if a split has already been started on an item when you are on the 'All Products' page. A number in a red circle will appear on the SPLIT ITEM button indicating how many grams are unclaimed. Click on SPLIT ITEM to see how much of the split is still available and choose how much you want to add by entering the value or using the + button. 

Splits must be completely filled before the order is submitted. If it is not, there is a chance that it may not arrive with your order. Your admin will send out a reminder email before the order closes to remind you to make any final edits to your cart. This email will mention any items that are still open splits. 

You can also see which items you have split by checking your cart. 


If you need to resolve a split on an order, it's easy to do so at any time.

  1. Group Admin
  2. Select open order
  3. Line Item
    View all open and completed splits for that order
  4. Select the specific split you wish to remove 
  5. Downward arrow located to the far right
  6. Three action dots found on one of the member rows.
  7. Click on the blue 'Remove Split' button to delete the entire split and remove the portion of the split from each member's cart who had already requested to be part of it.

Resolve in bulk 

When the order moves to pending, you will see a summary of all open splits on your admin homepage.
