Submitting the order to Honest to Goodness requires you to change the status of your order twice.
1. From OPEN to PENDING.
While your order is pending, you as the admin can still make changes, complete or remove splits, mark payments against your members and make sure you are happy with the final order.
2, From PENDING to CLOSED by submitting it.
All of these actions are done by clicking 'Change Order Status'.
Prepare Order: Changes your order to PENDING
Submit Order: Changes your order to CLOSED
Re-Open Order: Changes your order from PENDING back to OPEN
Once you are happy with your order, and have selected 'Submit Order' (visible when order is pending) you can choose how you make payment for the order.
Select your payment type:
- Credit Card: this will send your order directly to our warehouse.
- Bank Transfer: this will send your order to H2G Customer Service until payment advice has been received.
