All products are greyed out

All products are greyed out

If you go to the products tab but you can't add anything to your cart and all the items are greyed out, it is likely that your group does not have an open order.

All available products will become available to add to your cart once there is an order in the status 'Open'. When the order moves to 'Pending' you will notice you can still view pricing but you can no longer add items to your cart.
Another reason an item might be greyed out is that it is out of stock. When it comes back into stock, the ability to add it to your cart will return.

If there IS an open order and you are seeing all greys, try refreshing your screen and it should change the visibility.
