Why can't I see any pricing or product?
If you go to the products tab
but you can't add anything to your cart and all the items are greyed out or NA, it is
likely that your group does not have an open order.
All available products will become available to add to your cart once there is
an order in the status 'Open'. When the order moves to 'Pending' you will
notice you can still view pricing but you can no longer add items to your
cart.
Another reason an item might be
greyed out is that it is out of stock. When it comes back into stock, the
ability to add it to your cart will return.
If there IS an open order and
you are seeing all greys or NA, another reason might be your email accidentally part
of two groups which the system would not allow you to be. You can contact your
previous group admin to remove you from the group

As group admin, you can see your entire group cart at any time. You can choose to view this by line or by member cart.
