When things go wrong

There will be times when items are damaged in transit, the wrong item is picked and packed or something is not delivered for various reasons. 
The best way to let Honest to Goodness know is to submit a ticket. You can do this by emailing us at info@goodness.com.au or clicking Submit A Ticket below

You will also need to make note of the issue and provide a credit or refund to your group member. 

To Credit Your Member
  1. Group Admin tab,
  2. Choose the order where the problem originated
  3. Members Item tab. 



  1. Drop-down arrows to the right, expand the group member's order
  2. The action dots,
  3. Not received or damaged QTY


  1. Update the quantity received.
          If you didn't get any, enter 0.
          Otherwise reduce this amount by the quantity that was missing or damaged.
         If you have been alerted about an out of stock item from H2G before your order ships, record 0 received here. 

You will now see the quantity on the order has updated. If the member has not paid yet, the total owing on their order will have reduced. You can choose to leave this credit on the order for your member to use next time or you can refund the money to them.




Refunding your member

If you choose to refund, to balance their payment ledger, please remove the initial payment they made and enter the amount paid minus the amount you have now refunded them.
