Making Payment

How do I pay for my order? 
You pay your admin for your portion, they pay us for the whole order. 

One your order is closed by your admin, they will ask you for payment. They should send you an email (or communicate to you) the total you owe, as well as their bank details for you to make payment.
Your admin may request that you reference the group order number as well for reconcilliation purposes. Each admin manages their group a little differently, so reach out if you don't know how your admin 


Your member ledger

You can view a summary of your payments by viewing your payment ledger. To view your ledger, go to your profile in the top right hand corner of your screen. 
This is important if you have a credit/over/underpayment from a previous order 

To view your ledger
  1. Select your name (top right corner) 
  2. My profile



A negative value here indicates you have a credit. Once you add items to your order is moved to pending, this value will increase to include the items in your cart. 

The following section is for group admins only 

MAKING PAYMENT TO HONEST TO GOODNESS

You can pay for your order by credit card or bank transfer. When you submit your order, you will need to choose one of these options. 

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

Pay via credit card right in the portal. This will mean your order will progress straight to our warehouse packing queue. 
Any refunds will be processed automatically back to your card. 

BANK TRANSFER 

It is recommended you send a copy of your remittance to info@goodness.com.au along so we can release your order to our warehouse as soon as that comes through. This saves time waiting for the funds to clear the account before sending your order to our warehouse packing queue.

If you decided you would rather pay by credit card after you have selected bank transfer, we can process payment for you over the phone. Just give us a call on 02 8310 1800 and press 2 for accounts
